Extraordinary Needs: The parish recently purchased the house and lot adjacent to our parking lot on Main Street. The lot will expand our parking area and will be renovated this spring. After discernment of our greatest needs with the finance council, we will also begin a renovation on the house to create a gathering space for socials, faith formation, catechesis, etc. The plan is to gut the first floor to create a large gathering space, kitchen and restrooms.  The second floor will also be renovated with a smaller meeting space. We will be putting together a team this winter to begin the planning process and designs.

Regular Sunday Offering: Sunday Offering gifts are used to offset the costs associated with day to day operations of the parish and its ministry. Your contribution will benefit our sacramental preparation, liturgical programs, religious education programs, and Evangelization – sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. These funds also help with payroll, maintenance and cleaning of buildings, utilities and supplies. Thank you for your investment in the continued growth of our parish.

Visitor Offering: These funds will be used to support our mission of evangelization and spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ to our parish, the Hanover campus, and the cities of Madison and Vevay. Thank you for your generosity in building up the Body of Christ through his Holy Church.

Youth & Young Adult Ministry: The Youth & Young Adult Offering is used for evangelization and discipleship initiatives among our youth & young adults. Your contributions will directly help with socials and program materials offered for building a culture of discipleship among young adults. Thank you for your investment in future generations of the parish.

St. Vincent de Paul: This fund supports our local chapter of St. Vincent de Paul, food bank, and helps those in need in our local community. Thanks to your generosity, we serve approximately 35 families each week! Your donations help to purchase perishable and non-perishable food. If you are unable to help financially but want to volunteer, these are needed! Help distribute food, shop, stock, or donate. Training sessions are being held to prepare and support our volunteers. Please, prayerfully consider joining us.  The St. Vincent de Paul is now located at the St. Frassati Center at 1651 Michigan Road. Thank you for your generosity. The Haiti Ministry Offering will make the hope of a new worship space a reality for some of the most materially poor people in the world. 100% of your gift will be given directly to the Diocese of Port-de-Paix, Haiti. Fr. Rick works directly with the Vicar General of the diocese to ensure all gifts are protected and directed to the designated project.  This has been a great relationship for 20 years, as help has been provided in the past to build churches, schools, rectories, water purification systems, and support feeding the hungry throughout the Diocese of Port-de-Paix. We hope to help them build a beautiful space for God’s Children to worship Him. The estimated cost is $107,000 for a church that will hold approximately 200 people. Thank you for your generosity in helping the people of Haiti.

Hanover Campus Ministry

The Hanover College Campus Ministry offering is used for evangelization and discipleship initiatives among college students on the Hanover College Campus. Your contributions will directly help with socials and program materials offered for building a culture of discipleship among these students. Thank you for your investment in future generations of the church.

Criterion

Do you receive the Archdiocese’s weekly newspaper, The Criterion? If so, there is an annual charge to the parish for this subscription. This fund is to help offset those subscription costs for each family or person registered in our parish.  The suggested gift to pay for the weekly Catholic newspaper delivered to your door is $22 (only 42 cents per week!). Of course, you may choose to give more for those who can’t afford the cost. Please help us defray the cost of your Criterion subscription. Thank you for your generosity.
